General Electric Selects Plateau Systems For Global 360 Feedback Process

Plateau Performance will integrate with GE's existing learning management system (LMS), also powered by Plateau, to translate feedback from the company's 360 process into targeted development and training plans.

GE's implementation of Plateau Performance will span approximately 30,000 global employees across key functional areas and include a migration from the company's in-house 360 feedback and competency tools. The company expects to complete the transition from these homegrown systems to Plateau by the end of the year. By consolidating these systems onto a unified platform, Plateau Performance will enable GE to provide its business units with a consistent 360 review process for identifying competency needs and related training plans while reducing GE's ongoing maintenance and development costs.
