Plateau Systems Celebrates Tenth Anniversary With Record Year

Company Achieves Significant Milestones in Financial Performance, Product Innovation, Global Expansion and Customer Satisfaction

Arlington, Va. • March 6, 2006 - Plateau Systems, a leading provider of software for developing, managing and optimizing organizational skills and talent, celebrated its 10th anniversary with the strongest year in company history. Plateau continued to set new standards in the learning and performance talent management market following a year of strong growth, global expansion, continued profitability, significant new products and top rated services and customer satisfaction.

For the 2005 fiscal period ending in February, Plateau organically grew revenues by 32 percent. The compound annual revenue growth rate was 62 percent over the last four years. In addition to signing significant new customers during the year such as Singapore Airlines, Boston Scientific, BearingPoint, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Plateau continued its global expansion, opening offices in London and Singapore. Plateau also achieved its 13th consecutive quarter of profitability, making it the only consistently profitable enterprise learning and performance management software company in the industry.

Plateau continues to lead the industry in product technology. In 2001, it was the first vendor to provide a fully web-based J2EE architecture. As a result of its superior scalability and adaptability, Plateau reliably serves the largest internal customer implementations in the industry as well as the increasingly sophisticated needs of hosted, on-demand customers. In the last fiscal year, Plateau substantially expanded its product offerings, delivering a full suite of five new performance management products: Plateau 360 Multi-rater, Plateau Career and Development Planning, Plateau Goals and Appraisals, Plateau Goals Alignment and Plateau Succession Planning.
