Plateau Systems to Present Workforce Performance Trends and Best Practices at FOSE HR.COM Conference

CEO Paul Sparta to Present at Talent Management Panel and Learning and Performance Implementation Best Practices Workshop

Plateau CEO Paul Sparta will participate on a CEO panel discussing the topic of how workforce performance strategies will address the attraction, development and optimization of today's workforce. In addition, Sparta will co-present with Chris Niedermayer, the egovernment leader at Department of Agriculture, to discuss best practices for learning and performance management implementation and adoption.
