Plateau and Eedo Knowledgeware Announce Alliance Agreement

Joint Customers to Benefit from Partnership

Arlington, Va. and Nashua, New Hampshire • January 17, 2006 - Plateau Systems, a leading provider of software for developing, managing and optimizing organizational skills and talent, and Eedo Knowledgeware, a provider of innovative software products for real-time learning and knowledge systems, today announced they have entered into a Master Alliance Agreement. Joint customers of the Plateau Learning Management System and the Eedo Learning Content Management System will benefit from a continuing relationship between the two companies.

Plateau Systems and Eedo plan to support interoperability for joint customers through leading industry standards such as AICC, SCORM and the Package Exchange Notification Services (PENS) for learning content integration. This provides interoperability for content authoring and deployment between Plateau and Eedo, as well as other development and deployment systems that adhere to learning content standards. Last month, Plateau also announced it was the first enterprise learning management system to achieve Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) 2004 certification requirements to enable organizations to integrate content from multiple sources. And Eedo continues to be recognized in the industry as one of the only Learning Content Management Systems that produces SCORM Certified 1.2 and 2004 content.
