Under the alliance, Mentergy's LearnLinc Live virtual classroom software and FastFLEX rapid content deployment will be integrated with the Plateau 4 Learning Management System (LMS), providing companies the ability to quickly develop, revise and deliver synchronous and self-paced learning across the enterprise. The LearnLinc virtual classroom system allows a live instructor to lead and control a class of distributed students using audio conferencing, with the interaction and flexibility found in a traditional classroom. The virtual classroom content can be later viewed at the participant's convenience, and self-paced content can also be custom created and rapidly deployed in multiple languages. The Plateau 4 LMS automatically schedules, delivers and manages these courses on a Web interface. Its J2EE/EJB architecture is scalable, flexible and easy to integrate with existing learning and knowledge management infrastructure.
Many of Plateau's Global 2000 clients need to create custom content specific to their organization, and change and update that material efficiently and cost-effectively. To facilitate that, LearnLinc also integrates with Mentergy's FastFLEX RCD (Rapid Content Deployment), making a complete content, delivery, and tracking system available to clients who embrace the partnership program. Content can be converted and then deployed rapidly via LearnLinc virtual classrooms, with progress and content tracking available through the Plateau 4 LMS.
Clients will only need to interface with one login and one database, and will also be able to launch live events directly from the integrated interface. Existing Plateau clients that desire an enterprise-class, state-of-the-art live e-Learning system can easily incorporate LearnLinc into their learning infrastructure.
