Pre-Conference Courses
All pre-conference courses are charged as an additional fee. Classes will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011, the Two Day Report Designer session will start on Sunday, October 16.

Form of Payment - Payments accepted include: American Express, Visa/MasterCard, Discover and check Cancellations & No-shows - All cancellations will be charged a fee of $100 to cover administrative and payment processing fees. No refunds will be granted after September 7, 2011. All no-shows will be billed at the applicable conference rate.
